EAMBA retraites zijn mogelijkheden voor mindfulnesstrainers om een (stilte)retraite te hebben met Europese collega's. Om samen te oefenen, samen stil te zijn en samen uit te wisselen. Hieronder de tekst ter uitnodiging van EAMBA.
5th EAMBA retreat, with Akincano Weber

Join us at the start of the new year at the EAMBA retreat, with colleagues from different European countries. The retreat offers an opportunity to meditate together, and to network and exchange on the closing day, building a community of mindfulness teachers and a new, secular tradition of mindfulness retreats.
We are very happy that for the upcoming EAMBA retreat of January 2018, renowned meditation and mindfulness teacher Akincano Marc Weber has agreed to be the guiding teacher. He combines long-standing experience in Buddhist practice and scholarship with in-depth knowledge of mindfulness approaches. A wonderful opportunity to deepen our practice together.
Akincano Marc Weber (Bern) is a meditation teacher and a therapist. For 20 years he lived as Buddhist monk in the contemplative Forest Tradition of Asia and Europe. Akincano is trained in Mindfulness- Based Psychotherapy (M.A. London) and Focusing. He teaches meditation and busshit psychology internationally, and has a practice for dialog facilitation. He is co-founder of the Bodhi Institute and teaches in the MBSR-Teacher-Training-program in Freiburg. Akincano lives with his wife in Cologne. Website: http://www.akincano.net/

DATES & TIMES:
The residential retreat starts on Tuesday afternoon, 2 January and ends on Sunday, 7 January 2018 after lunch. The 5-day period accommodates the requirements of many professional mindfulness associations in Europe.
The retreat is open to all mindfulness teachers.
REGISTRATION and COSTS
1.Retreat fee
The fee retreat is 200 €.
The German Mindfulness Association is organizing the retreat, and the registration form can be found on their website. Please note that you need to book your room separately (see below under Accomodation).

- Accommodation costs
In addition, there is a fee for the accommodation and food (all food is vegetarian. As much as possible, also organic). The venue may also take possible food intolerances or any other kind of special diet into account. Please make a remark on your individual food preference on the venue’s reservation sheet. Please note that you need to book your accommodation directly with Hof Oberlethe.
The venue offers three different price categories:
- 345 € per person for double room with bathroom in the corridor
- 375 € per person for double room with bathroom en suite
- 80 € surcharge for single occupancy
- 265 € per person in joint dormitory/in niches, separated by curtains, on the gallery above the meditation hall, bringing your own bedding (sleeping bag)/ towels/pillows.
