With 8 private sessions you will learn and experience the basic elements of Mindfulness. The course will improve your concentration, attention and awareness for the important things in your life.
The training contains practical exercises and meditations that offer you the tools for agency and choice.
When life is tough, stressfull or traumatic there are still possibilities to take care of yourself. Mindfulness reveals a set of simple yet powerful practices that can be incorporated into daily life to help break the cycle of unhappiness, stress, anxiety and mental exhaustion.
With my background as Mindfulness and stressreduction trainer I can adjust and enrich the basic Mindfulness course with person-oriented stress-reduction and stress-prevention tools.
You can participate in my studio or online.
Costs 500 euros (including workbook and meditations).
